LOCAL DEBUT: CD release celebration for this Atlanta singer-songwriter's debut album, "Stirred Not Shaken." His songs are intriguing and his voice pliable. Both are sometimes let down by a slightly sterile production, but it's a fine first effort that leans toward mainstream pop, often with a danceable beat. The official release date is Tuesday.
